Mountain River Estate Management is a builder-based estate management and home watch company that gives homeowners an experienced team to oversee their home and property.
The company was founded following requests from current and past clients of Mountain River Construction Inc. Homeowners wanted ongoing care from people who understood their homes and the work that went into building them.
Our extensive knowledge of luxury home construction, complex maintenance requirements, Northwest Montana’s unique weather, and the level of care required to protect these properties, inspired us to create Mountain River Estate Management. We have a passion for building custom homes and want to take that same passion into caring for and maintaining our clients’ properties, as if they were our own.
