MREM will visually inspect that all appliances have power and are in working condition. We will check refrigerators and freezers to be cold, ovens and stoves have power, dishwashers and microwaves have power, and that kitchen hood vents are working. We will not test every function of the appliances, unless requested by the owner and pricing has been negotiated.

MREM will collect mail and packages that are available onsite during current scheduled visits and place them inside the residence in a location picked by the owner. Any mail or packages that need to be received outside of the scheduled visits will incur the extra trip fee that is associated with the chosen plan.

MREM will visit the property after all severe storms that move through the property’s location. The storm will need to qualify as severe by alerts sent out by local authorities that warn of damaging winds, damaging hailstorms, or blizzard type of conditions.

MREM will coordinate vendor access to the property during current scheduled visits at no additional cost, if the vendor is on the property for 30 minutes or less. Any vendor that needs more time than 30 minutes, MREM will charge an hourly rate  for oversight.

MREM will respond to emergency situations, such as fire notifications, water leak notifications, security break in notifications, and any other situations that qualify as emergency situations. MREM will respond to these emergency situations in a timely manner to help minimize any potential damage to the home or property.

MREM will schedule and oversee the work being performed on the house and/or property up to one hour per week, and 4 hours per month. MREM will charge an hourly rate for all management that exceeds the one hour per week and the four hours per month parameters.

MREM will coordinate all contractor and vendor services via phone calls and/or emails. If onsite coordination or management is required, MREM will do so in a professional manner up to the one hour per week and four hours per month parameters, all coordination and management after the allotted timeframe will incur an added cost.

MREM will schedule and coordinate all concierge services and deliveries prior to the owner’s arrival. The coordination is complementary if included in the chosen package, but the actual cost of the service will include all associated costs of food, supplies, deliveries, transportation, cleaning, deposits, or other costs that are incurred for the requested service.

MREM will walk through all necessary seasonal readiness systems to verify that each system is ready for the upcoming season. We will make owner aware of any items that have not been addressed.

MREM will coordinate seasonal readiness services such as irrigation systems, pools, dock installation and removal, gutter cleaning, outdoor furniture, and generator checks through phone calls and/or emails. The actual cost of these services will be the responsibility of the owner and paid directly to the contractor, unless otherwise agreed upon to be billed through MREM with an added fee for handling payments.

MREM will do a visual inspection that the generator is in working order. We can coordinate test fires as requested for an additional fee.

MREM will do visual inspections that the hot tub and or spa is in working condition, proper temperature is set, and the units are clean.
